What this site is — and what it is not
This site provides information about selling a home and lets you request a free home-sale report or seller guide. Using the site, reading its content, or requesting a report does not make Blackwell Real Estate your broker and does not create a listing, agency, or fiduciary relationship of any kind. In Maryland, a brokerage relationship is formed only by a written agreement signed by you and the brokerage. Until you sign one, we represent no one in your transaction and you owe us nothing.
Reports and estimates are not appraisals
Any pricing opinion, market analysis, or home-sale report we provide is the professional opinion of a real estate broker based on available market data. It is not an appraisal and is not prepared by a licensed appraiser. Market conditions change; no estimate is a guarantee of what your home will sell for. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice — for those questions, consult the appropriate licensed professional.
Not a solicitation of listed property
If your property is currently listed with another broker, nothing on this site or in our mail is a solicitation of that listing.
